When applying for one of our rental properties, you will have a few options to let us know about your interest, including contacting us for more information, scheduling a showing, or submitting an application.
Our application-associated fees are as follows:
These fees are non-refundable, one-time charges to serious applicants who want to be considered for any of our properties.
We can use your application for all of our properties if you apply for one of our properties. You need to apply only one time in a 30-day time period.
Fees will be quoted to the applicant when submitting their online application and accepted payment methods. All applicants and co-applicants must complete an application, pass a background check and credit check and provide proof of income.
Applicants must also provide a copy of their ID, three years of residential history, and other identifying information such as their SSN. This information will not be shared or sold for any reason and is solely used for lease approval purposes.
Approval will be granted if the applicant and co-applicants meet all of our requirements. Conditional approval may be granted under certain circumstances & applicants will be notified of all application decisions (approval, conditional approval, & denial).
All application fees are non-refundable. Applying for a property does not guarantee a lease agreement.
