# Can I pay rent in cash?

## Learn more about cash pay slips and paying your rent through your tenant portal.

Although **we do not accept direct cash payments for rent**, we have convenient solutions for our tenants who prefer to make cash payments.

**Tenants can request a Cash Retail** **Payslip** through the AppFolio Tenant Portal to make payments conveniently at participating locations.

**Cash Payslips are accepted at:**

- CVS
- 7 Eleven
- Walmart
- ACE Sales Associate Steps
- And more!

### How does it work?

1. Contact our team to be issued a Cash Pay Slip
2. **The Cash Retail Payslip will be emailed to you**
3. Present the Cash Retail Payslip to a participating store (see above)
4. The cashier will scan the barcode and accept your cash payment
5. The payment will reflect on your AppFolio account
