After you’ve paid the entirety of your deposit and first month's rent, you will typically receive the keys on your lease start date.
You are entitled to receiving them sooner, but this will result in signing a new lease agreement stating the date you have decided to move in, and your full payment must be received by said date.
The showing agent you have been in contact with will schedule the time and place where you can collect the keys, typically at the move-in walkthrough appointment.

Online payments take 3 days to process. Money Orders or Cashier's Check is preferred for your deposit and 1st month's rent payment.
If you pay your deposit and 1st month's rent online, this could compromise your move-in date and when you receive your key. We will need to wait for those funds to clear before you can move in. This can take 3-5 business days. We recommend paying by Money Order or Cashier's Check to avoid this.
