Deposits don't have to be complicated. We try to make the rental process as easy as possible, including your deposit!
Here's what you need to know:
Rental deposit amounts on all our units are equal to the 1st month's rent.
For example, the monthly rent on the unit is $600 per month. That means the deposit amount will be $600.
So, as a tenant, you should be prepared to pay your deposit and your first month's rent when your application is approved and your move-in date is set.
The deposit is due at the same time as your first month's rent (at the time of the move-in walkthrough).
Deposit payments will be accepted in the form of cash, money order, or cashier's check.
So to recap:

We will not accept personal checks for either deposits or rent.
