Do you charge additional pet fees?

Learn more about pet fees & policies when applying for one of our rental properties.

We allow pets at all of our properties, in most cases.

Pet fees & restrictions refer exclusively to cats and dogs. Other pet types will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.

We will not discourage an applicant from applying on the basis of pet ownership, regardless of type, size, or necessity. Please keep in mind, that if we receive applications that do not require pets & are more favorable to the long-term condition of the property, we may give higher prioritize those applications.

Are there additional fees?

There are fees associated upfront and per month that vary based on how many pets will reside at the property with you.

  • $200 non-refundable pet deposit upfront, per pet
  • Additional $20 per month, per pet

So, for example: Tammy has one dog & one cat. Tammy will pay a one-time, non-refundable deposit of $400 ($200 for each pet) in addition to her initial deposit.

She will also pay a non-refundable $40 per month ($20 for each pet) in addition to her regular rent payments.

These fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable, although we will take into consideration if pets are special needs or service animals.

Monthly pet fees & pet deposits are non-refundable.

What if I have a service animal or an emotional support animal? 

We do not charge pet fees for emotional support animals or service animals per Fair Housing Guidelines.

If your pet is a service animal or an emotional support animal, please advise our staff so we can accommodate.
