There are very few circumstances where you will not need to pay an additional fee for a new application. Please read below carefully to see if you are exempt from paying an additional application fee.
When you will need to pay additional fees:
Application fees are quoted on the application link available on the rental listing. These fees are non-refundable and subject to change.
- Each applicant will pay an application fee, along with co-signers
- Additional application fees will be due for applicants reapplying after 30 days of their original submission
When you will not need to pay additional fees:
If any of the following are true, you will not need to pay an additional fee:
- You have paid for an application within the past 30 days
- Applications are transferrable between properties listed on our website
However, if neither of these circumstances applies to you, you will be required to submit a new application and pay the application fee.
Application fees are non-refundable.
