I'm having trouble connecting my bank information to my application.

If you're attempting to submit an application for a rental property, you'll find that you must submit bank account information to complete the process. While you have the option to connect your bank account, some users may find that their browser doesn't support this function or that their bank account isn't listed as an option. If either is the case, we have some solutions that could help.

My bank account is not listed.

You have the option to provide us with a bank statement instead. Follow these simple steps to get your information over to us:

  1. Select "Skip" at the bottom of the page and again on the pop-up page.
  2. When you arrive at the "Attach Documents Section" of the application, attach a bank statement.
    1. You can add this to the "Proof of Income Section" of this page.

bank statement should reflect the current account balance and is usually a document of the recent activity on the account and the account type. 

My browser doesn't allow me to connect my bank account.

1. Try a new browser (i.e., if you're using Chrome, try Firefox)
2. Try a different device (i.e., if you're on your phone, try the desktop version), or
3. Try clearing your browser history/cookies.

If none of these work, you can include your most recent bank statement in the attachments section of the application.
