Our background checks verify all of the following information about our potential tenants:
- The applicant's work history, pay schedule, and current employment
- The applicant's credit history and credit score
- Prior convictions and criminal background, including sex offender registries
- Bankruptcy, eviction, and judgment records
Our background checks are paid for during the submission of your application.
The application and screening process typically takes 1-3 days to complete. We will inform the applicant about the completed background check and the outcome (denied, conditionally approved, approved).
If you fail to respond to our team about additional questions or concerns regarding your application within 2-3 business days or multiple attempts, we will withdrawal your application due to non-response. However, your application will be good for 30 days and may be utilized for any property listed on our site.
Approval is not guaranteed, and application fees are non-refundable regardless of your approval or denial status.
