# What do I need to do to prepare for my job interview?

## Here are some helpful tips to come prepared for your job interview with CRS.

Once your application is received, our team will follow up with you to set up an interview, if you qualify for the position. In order to come fully prepared for your interview, we'd recommend the following: 

### Bring a copy of your application

While we prefer to have [your application](https://share.hsforms.com/1n7hzh_c-T96NwTWL5FunfA56plm) before your interview, it is always recommended that you bring a printed copy for your interviewers to review at the meeting. There may be two or more hiring managers at your interview, so be prepared. 

### Make a list of questions you have for us

Interviews go both ways! While we will be focused on ensuring you're a good fit for the position and our company, we encourage you to ensure that we are the best fit for you as well. Come prepared with any questions or concerns that you have about us, the position, and our industry. 

### Be mindful of time

Please do not show up late and if you need to reschedule, be sure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us of cancelation or tardiness may mean the opportunity for the position could be withdrawn.
