If you see a problem with charges owed on your account, find out whom to contact.
You can view a full history of all credits and debits (i.e. charges and payments) to your account on your tenant portal, AppFolio by following these steps below:
View your ledger
- Open the tenant portal, AppFolio
- Select the Payments tab on the left
- Select the View Full Account Ledger option
If you see an issue with any charges, credits, payments, etc. you can email our accounting staff your questions here.
Please include the following information:
- Date of the charge
- Charge amount
- Any invoices, receipts, or supportive information for your dispute
- Your name, email, phone, number, and property address
