How and when to give the property management team move-out notice.

If you're one of our tenants and need to provide notice that you wish to end your lease, learn when and how you can do so.

If you are on a lease-to-purchase agreement, this may differ. Please contact our offices to speak to a representative.

If you are looking to terminate your lease agreement, or you plan to move out of your unit, you are required to give us notice in writing at minimum 30 days before your lease ends.

Your notice must be submitted via AppFolio at minimum 30 days before the end of your lease.

The end of your lease is indicated by the lease end date on your lease agreement. Lease agreements can be accessed at anytime under the documents section of your tenant portal, AppFolio.

We must receive notice in writing 30 days before the end of the lease. To submit notice, please complete the following steps:

Login to AppFolio You can find a link at any time on our website under the Rent tab.
Go to the Contact Us Tab Here you can select the option to cancel your lease agreement.
