Smoking Prohibited Within Units and Common Areas
Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited within all units and common areas on the premises. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas or at least 25 feet away from any doors, windows, or common areas. These restrictions are in accordance with, but do not supersede, state law and city ordinances, and we kindly request that all tenants adhere to these guidelines.
