We will include the Resident Benefits Package when renewing your lease in the future or when you start leasing with us for the first time, but you can also enroll at any time to start capitalizing on these great benefits!
Your benefits package will include:
- Credit Building: Now you can build your credit by renting too! Boost your credit score each time you pay rent on time.
- We can retroactively report to the credit bureaus for up to 24 months if our company collected those payments/managed the property.
- We report to all three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.
- Resident Rewards Program: We celebrate every chance we get! Now, you’ll be rewarded for paying your rent on time and earning rewards for gift cards and substantial savings when shopping in the Piñata online marketplace.
- Using Piñata to collect rewards: You will receive a welcome email from Piñata - download the app to your smart device using the link included in that email and earn points just for signing up!
- Renters Insurance: You’ll benefit by being added to our master insurance policy to meet all your lease requirements. We’ve secured the industry-leading value policy from an A-rated carrier.

For our properties with HVAC, we’ve made every effort to ensure your obligation to change the filter(s) is as easy as possible by having them delivered to your door approximately every 90 days or as required by your system.
- This helps you save up to $250/year, improves indoor air quality, and reduces the hassles and liability of repairs.
- They'll even replace lost, stolen, or damaged filters for free!
- You can even request multiple sizes if your furnace requires more than one.

The total monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package is all-inclusive, and no discounts will be given if any element of the package is unavailable due to a lack of HVAC or another limitation at a specific property.
