If a tenant has had prior evictions, they should always advise us. However, prior evictions will always come to light when running background checks.
We do not approve applicants with evictions in the past seven years.
If evictions are minimal & haven't occurred recently, we may still consider the applicant a possibility. These situations are case-by-case & if we have other applicants for the same property without an eviction record, we will consider those applications a higher priority.
