# What if I have prior convictions or felonies on my record?

## See how prior felonies or convictions might impact your rental application.

If you are applying for one or more of our rental properties & have prior convictions or felonies on record, please note that **we cannot accept your application.**

**Applicants with prior convictions or felonies will be denied. We do not accept applications under these conditions.**

Please keep in mind that if this information is withheld in your application & you proceed with false information, we run a thorough [background check](https://info.completerealtysolutionsstl.com/is-your-background-check-free) on all applicants. [Background checks](https://info.completerealtysolutionsstl.com/is-your-background-check-free) cost $30, which is charged to & paid for by the applicant. 

The application will be denied if prior convictions or felonies are discovered in our background check process or at any time during the application process. **The application fee will not be refunded. **
