      How can I pay my rent?

      Learn which payment methods you have available to you as one of our tenants.

      If you are on a lease-to-purchase agreement, this process may differ. Please contact our offices to speak to a representative.

      If you're attempting to make your monthly rent payment, here are a few things to note about currently available options.

      Rent payments should be made through your tenant portal, AppFolio.

       AppFolio offers many ways to pay monthly rent, including those listed below.

      1. Credit 
      2. Debit Card 
      3. ECheck
        1. This payment method can take about 3-5 days to process
      4.  Retail Cash Payslip
        1. You can access your cash payslip via AppFolio and take this with you to pay cash at CVS or 7 Eleven

      What fees are associated with making my rent payment? 

      Fees are as follows:
          • Credit Card: 3.49% of the total amount per transaction
          • Debit Card: $9.99 flat fee per transaction
          • eCheck: Free (transaction fee waived at time of payment)
          • Electronic Cash Payments: $3.99 for every $2,000.00. (Except 7-11, which is $1,500)

      Payment Frequency 

      Additionally, you can make one-time payments via AppFolio or set up automated payments all in one place, so you never forget to make your payment!

      If you pay for utilities, those will be paid separately from your rent. 

      You will make payments directly to the utility company & you should receive a bill from that company. You will have been notified during the move-in process if you are responsible for any utilities.
