If you applied for one of our rental properties and received notice that your application was denied, you still need to meet all our requirements.
The following are some potential reasons your application may have been denied:
- You have prior evictions on record within the past seven years.
- Some accounts on your credit report need to be in better standing or are in collections.
- You have a credit score of under 600, and you do not have a co-signer.
- You have convictions against you, prior felonies, or misdemeanors.
- You have filed for or have not been discharged from bankruptcy in the past seven years.
- Your income is not 3x of the monthly rent amount.
- Your source of income is not valid or cannot be accepted by our company.
- You have outstanding or unpaid judgments filed against you.
- There are flags on your account that indicate fraud or identity theft.
- We received negative feedback from prior management or the current landlord.
- You are not 18 years or older.
You will always be notified of the reason for denial in an adverse action letter.
Your application was denied either because you volunteered this information or it was discovered during your background check. If you believe your denial was sent in error, please submit a request for information to us via email or view our requirements.
All application fees are non-refundable regardless if you are approved or denied.
